Shipping
Processing Time
Orders placed before 7:00PM are shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 7:00PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags still attached
- In original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our team at support@saintolivierclo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
Exchanges
Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? We offer a 30-day exchange policy. Simply reach out to our team at support@saintolivierclo.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will arrange a size swap to ensure the perfect fit.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with our shipping partner and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
